Many of our products use oils and fats derived from plants and vegetables. Some of them are concentrated and may cause skin irritation to certain individuals. 

We suggest you always try a skin test 24 hours before using our product to ensure you won't have any reactions.

Using the inside of the forearm, apply a small amount of the product.
Check back after 24 hours.

If the skin under or around the area becomes red, swollen, itchy, or develops blisters, that is a reaction and you should avoid that product. Contact us for a refund.

Most of our ingredients are unrefined and as such have a variance in texture, looks and consistency, but the the base properties we chose them for (healing, softening, restoration, growth and hair health) are consistent across all our product batches. So if one batch of beard butter is slightly thicker, or has a slightly different color, that's the norm.
